Alex Diaz, an MLB veteran and the "Baseball Kids Whisperer," leads the AD Baseball Organization. Alex knows the game inside out with 20+ years in the MLB, including the Milwaukee Brewers, Seattle Mariners, San Francisco Giants, Texas Rangers, and Houston Astros. He's earned 16 semi-finals, 12 Series del Caribe, and 7 championships in Winter Ball.

Beyond his playing days, Alex spent a decade as an amateur baseball manager. His passion lies in mentoring young talent and helping them reach college and professional levels. As a Hitting and Fielding Instructor, he shapes the future of baseball.
